Previously notified
In case of a wrongful death or other threats to the safety and security of the public, it will not be me deciding who is accountable.
I can only testify to whom I notified. It will be the injured parties and the courts assigning liability for injury and blocking sidewalks to wheelchairs or walkers.
Walmart employees informed me that they notified the police. I cannot assign who accountability because Walmart denies it is on their property or they have authority. It is both on and off the sidewalk.
